The 400 Meter Dash!!  The event that brings the sprinters and distance runners together.  All sprinters are 400 runners.  The 400 gets the sprinters in shape and peaking in the 200 and 100.  Plus, the best sprinters excel in the 400 because they are true athletes.  Any distance runner who wants to be a great distance runner needs to train, run and excel in the 400!  These two disciplines are brought together in the 4×400 Relay, and in track, it doesn’t get any better than the 4×4.  Read more about 400 training from the world’s best 400 coach, Clyde Hart (Baylor University).
