2011 Cross Country Practice Schedule

Practice will be everyday after school from 2:30pm to 4:45pm.

Morning Runs will be before school every Wednesday from 5:45am to 6:30am.

If we do not have a meet or invitational on Saturday, we will have practice from 8:00am to 10:00am

***All times are subject to change.  If so, your son will be notified at the weekly Monday meetings.
